*Lala la la Boom Boom Afridi

By Naveed Farooqi

For my cricket loving friends, AFRIDI’s epic performance of 76 blasting Runs , 7 wickets and mere 12 Runs with 3 Maiden Overs. [Too brilliant]. in circketing terms; Record of its own kind which beats all of the previous All Round Performances of ODI, because he has done 3 times, yes twice before and this time with the Bigger Bang. No other player till date has shown such crushing performance, not more than once let alone twice AND wont be thrice at least in near future. It all started in late 80ies, with the greatest player of all times, Sir Vivian Richards, who achieved it in 1987, since than it was crafted 15 times [twice by Afridi] and today it was re-defined by him again. THE THIRD TIME. He is one of those players who could only shine once in blue moon  Whose presence in the team itself send gushing goose bumps to opp team players.
After reading below mentioned records we must raise above and salute the LALA. Lets ignore the consistency, praise his rare spontaneity, embrace his magnificence.
